Cancellation

You can cancel a service at least 72 hours before the service starts for a full refund. Cancellations less than 72 hours before start of service will be given a refund minus either the specified booking fee or an INR 500 service charge, whichever is applicable.

Refunds

Besides cancellation refunds, if you are not satisfied with the training or consultancy your money will be refunded. Any refund claims must provide reasons and be made within 3 working days of the completion of the service. Any booking fees specified and charged upfront will not be refunded.
